In the beginnings...
Drummond Furniture Cork was established in 1972 by Jim Drummond. It initially operated in a small workshop located on Easons Avenue, near the famous Shannon Steeple. After a couple of years, the business relocated to Mulgrave Rd, where it started manufacturing fitted kitchens, alcoves, and wardrobes.

In 1982, Trevor Drummond joined the company, gaining experience as a cabinet maker and wood machinist.
Warehouse expansion
In 1995, Trevor ventured into the contract furniture market, supplying bar furniture for Cork. Shortly thereafter, the business expanded to include restaurant furniture, trading under the name Trevor Drummond and Son. To provide a comprehensive range of services for the hospitality industry, Drummond Bar and Restaurant Upholstery Division was established, offering a one-stop-shop for furniture needs.
Bigger projects
Today, Drummond Upholstery and Furniture supply contract-grade furniture to bars, restaurants, social clubs, schools, and venues all across Ireland.
The New Generation
In a recent development, Trevor's sons, Ross and Troy, have joined the business. With their addition, customers can expect a wealth of experience at Drummond and Sons, catering to all their furniture and upholstery requirements.
